Independence from CareStop LLC
CareStop Foundation, Inc. is a distinct nonprofit organization that is legally and financially separate from CareStop LLC. Any transactions between the Foundation and related parties are governed by the Foundation's conflict-of-interest policy, including required disclosure, recusal, and independent review.
