Payment processing
All donations are processed securely through Stripe. CareStop Foundation, Inc. does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account information. A receipt is emailed to the donor by our payment processor.
Recurring donations
You may cancel a monthly recurring donation at any time by contacting terrillcooper@carestopllc.com. Cancellations stop future charges; previously processed donations are non-refundable except as described below.
Refunds
If you believe a donation was made in error or unauthorized, contact us within 30 days at terrillcooper@carestopllc.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Designations
Donation designations reflect donor intent. The Foundation reserves the right to redirect funds when program needs, legal, or fiduciary considerations require, in accordance with generally accepted nonprofit accounting practices.
Tax-exempt status
CareStop Foundation, Inc. is being established as a Georgia nonprofit organization. Federal tax-exempt determination under Section 501(c)(3) is pending and any statements about deductibility of contributions will be updated when official determination is received. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
Anonymous & recognized giving
Donors may request to remain anonymous or to be publicly recognized. We honor these preferences to the extent practical and lawful.
