CareStop Foundation, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. We publish our planned program reach and governance documents as they are completed and approved for public release.

The Foundation is in its start-up phase. The figures below describe planned program reach, not people already served. Initial program focus is Central and Middle Georgia, while the broader mission serves communities statewide.

Governance
Our Board of Directors sets policy, oversees finances, and ensures the Foundation operates in accordance with its mission and legal duties.

Conflict-of-Interest Policy
The Foundation maintains a written conflict-of-interest policy. All directors and officers disclose potential conflicts annually.
Financial Accountability
The Foundation maintains books, records, and financial controls appropriate to its size and stage, and will publish annual financial summaries.

Form 990 filings will be posted publicly when available.
Program Outcomes
We will publish program outcomes and impact summaries as programs launch and reach reporting periods.
